$1,500 Housing needed in New York, New York

I'm a graduate student at The New School looking to rent a studio in NYC for the summer. I will be moving out of my current housing on May 18. I seek accommodation from May 18 to August 31.
My budget is up to $1,500 a month. My preferred locations are Chelsea, Greenwich Village, LES, UES, UWS, Brooklyn, Queens
I am 28, clean and organized.
I would prefer to come and see the place before signing any kind of paperwork. I currently live in Manhattan.
